A graduate of North Central University, Bob served as a youth pastor in Florida and Minnesota before joining YFC in 1987.

Tom and his wife moved to the area in 1982 to extend YFC to Redwood Falls.  Tom served as Executive Director in St. Cloud for 6 years before joining the Willmar staff in 1994.

Nancy has served as Director in Redwood Falls since 1989, after being involved with spearheading YFC in the area.

Dale is a North Central University graduate and has over 20 years experience in youth ministry as the Director of BAY, a network of youth ministries around Brainerd.

Steve moved to Willmar in 1993 to work for YFC and has since been involved in many forms, but most recently directing the First Street Warehouse and Friend To Friend programs, and handling all IT and web site / graphic design duties.

After 4 years as Recruitment Director for Carpenter's Tools International, Caryn assisted in spearheading Joppa in 2000.

Becca joined the Willmar staff in 2006 to direct the On Call and Fast Forward music programs.

Patrick is the newest addition to the West Central MN YFC team.  He is a Willmar native who heads up the Campus Life programs in NL-S and Willmar and the Team 180 program.

Jon came on part-time in 2004 to oversee weekly student groups in the Glenwood area.

Donna joined the Willmar staff in 1969.  She serves as bookkeeper.

Shirley joined the Willmar staff in 1974.  She serves our staff as office manager.

Jan joined the Willmar staff in 2000.  She supports our staff through administrative service.
