A graduate of North Central University, Bob served as a youth pastor in Florida and Minnesota before joining YFC in 1987.

Tom and his wife moved to the area in 1982 to extend YFC to Redwood Falls.  Tom served as Executive Director in St. Cloud for 6 years before joining the Willmar staff in 1994.

Nancy has served as Director in Redwood Falls since 1989, after being involved with spearheading YFC in the area.

Dale is a North Central University graduate and has over 20 years experience in youth ministry as the Director of BAY, a network of youth ministries around Brainerd.

After 4 years as Recruitment Director for Carpenter's Tools International, Caryn assisted in spearheading Joppa in 2000.

Greg first connected with YFC in 1991 to play guitar for Teen Rescue.  He volunteered on a regular basis after that and has held positions as worship pastor and youth pastor in area churches.  Greg founded a worship music ministry in 2002 and integrated with West Central MN YFC in 2006.

Becca joined the Willmar staff in 2006 to direct the On Call and Fast Forward music programs.

Patrick is a Willmar native who joined the YFC team in 2008 to run the Campus Life programs in NL-S and Willmar and the Team 180 program.

Jerry is an Oak Hills Bible College graduate, and spent several years working with at risk youth in the Bemidji area.  Jerry joined the YFC team in September of 2008 to start the City Life program in Willmar, and overseeing the Warehouse (our music club for teens).

Before joining YFC in June of 2009, Danielle attended North Central University for Youth Development.  She has also been a Youth Counselor at her church, Assistant School Teacher, and Park and Recreation Gymnastics Coach. 

Corey is the Campus Life Director in Hutchinson, MN for Crow River Area YFC.  Corey started with YFC in August of 2004 after spending several years working with at risk students.

Ben directs the Carpenter's Tools music program for Crow River Area YFC.

Jon Jordahl coordinates MNWASKA YFC.  Every week there is Campus Life Club and Bible study, in addition to many special events.

 Bart Graves is the director of the Benson/Morris YFC area.  Every Friday and Saturday Bart and friends operate the BAM center for drop-in fun and live music.

 Barry Durkee is the director for Alexandria Area YFC.  In addition to coordinating weekly youth programming, he also oversees all community and special events.

Donna joined the Willmar staff in 1969.  She serves as bookkeeper.

Shirley joined the Willmar staff in 1974.  She serves our staff as office manager.

Jan joined the Willmar staff in 2000.  She supports our staff through administrative service.
