A few years ago it was decided amongst the men at YFC that girls needed more attention, thus Girls Ministry was born. With the start of this new ministry, girls in the Willmar area now have someone to chat with, laugh with and of course shop with!

The girls ministry at YFC involves a number of different elements:
Visiting girls at school lunches, slumber parties, shopping trips, make-up parties and more!

Chick Chat is a 6 week after school program for 6th grade girls. Chick Chat is a time where the girls get to talk about issues that matter to them, play silly games, make crafts and eat lots of food!

Str8 Talk is a program Monday after school. YFC picks the girls up at the Jr. High and they either go out for treats and talking or come back to the Warehouse for games and food. This is a great time for getting to know the girls and sharing with them the love of Christ.

One on Ones are available to any girls that want them! Kids and parents are busy these days, and sometimes our kids don't get the attention they need. One on Ones are a great chance for girls to feel special and feel like they are being listended too. Please let YFC know if there is a girl who could benefit from some one on one time.
